About Fixallo

Fixallo is a free job-management application. People create user accounts and use workspaces to organise work individually or with invited team members.

Responsibility is shared: Fixallo’s owner decides how the application is operated and responds to users, while Lovable provides platform capabilities used by the application. References to those capabilities are factual descriptions, not certifications.

Information handled by the service

• Account and workspace information, including name, email address, sign-in details, workspace membership and role.
• Customer and job information entered by users, including names, contact details, addresses, job descriptions and schedules.
• Quotes, invoices, line items, costs, time entries, materials, tools, notes, tasks and reminders.
• Team invitations, assignments, feedback and onboarding progress.
• Operational records such as emails sent from the app, document status and application activity events.

How information is used

• To provide accounts, workspaces and the job-management features requested by users.
• To create, share and send quotes and invoices and to support customer communication.
• To operate reminders, reports, planning, onboarding, feedback and administrative monitoring.
• To diagnose errors, understand feature usage and improve the service.
• To send authentication, operational and administrative emails, including account messages and service reports.

Voice notes and voice commands

Users can record voice notes. Stored voice notes can include the audio file, title, links to a workspace, job, customer or quote, technical file details and a transcript. Users can edit or delete stored voice notes.

Voice-command, voice-search and voice job-capture audio is uploaded for transcription and is designed to be deleted after transcription. The resulting transcript or structured details may be used to carry out the requested action. Voice processing uses Lovable AI services, including transcription and language models.

Site analytics and application activity

Fixallo records its own site-visit information, including the page path, locale, referring page, a randomly generated browser visitor identifier and browser user-agent information. The visitor identifier is stored in browser local storage.

For signed-in users, Fixallo also records application activity such as the user, workspace, event name, route and relevant event metadata. Marketing attribution may record the route or campaign that led to signup activity. These records support reporting, product improvement and administration.

Browser storage and cookies

Fixallo uses browser storage for functions such as the site visitor identifier, authentication state, attribution and interface preferences. Authentication providers may also use cookies or similar storage to keep users signed in. A complete owner-approved cookie list and cookie retention schedule has not yet been supplied.

Service providers and integrations

Fixallo uses Lovable platform services for application hosting capabilities, authentication, database, file storage and AI processing. Email delivery is handled through the configured email infrastructure; the project currently contains a Resend email integration. Users may choose Google or Apple sign-in where available.

These providers process information only as needed to provide the connected function. The app owner has not yet supplied an approved complete subprocessor list, contractual details or data-storage locations, so this page does not make claims about them.

Sharing and public document links

Workspace information is available to authorised members according to their workspace role. Users can create shareable links for quotes and invoices and can email those links to customers. Anyone who receives an enabled public link may be able to view the linked document, so users should share links carefully and disable or rotate them when appropriate.

Retention and deletion

Users can delete individual records in parts of the app, including customers, jobs, notes, quotes, invoices and voice notes. Voice-note deletion removes the related stored audio as part of the deletion workflow.

Fixallo does not currently publish an owner-approved retention schedule or a self-service account-deletion workflow. To request account or workspace deletion, contact hello@fixallo.com. The owner must still confirm the handling period, backup treatment and any records that must be retained.

Privacy requests and user rights

To ask for access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy question, email hello@fixallo.com. The legal identity and address of the data controller and the jurisdiction-specific rights process still require confirmation from the owner.

Security and incident contact

Fixallo uses account authentication and workspace permissions to control access to app data. This statement does not claim a security certification or guarantee that incidents cannot occur. Report a suspected privacy or security issue to hello@fixallo.com with enough detail for the owner to investigate.
