This page is maintained by the Fixallo app owner to explain the current terms for using Fixallo. It is app-owned editable content, not an independent certification or a substitute for owner-approved legal advice.
The service
Fixallo is a free job-management application for organising customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, costs, time, materials, tools, notes, reminders and related work. It also supports planning, reports, team workspaces, voice notes and voice commands.
There is currently no subscription charge or paid feature tier. The owner may change, suspend or discontinue features, but these terms do not create a right to continued availability of any particular feature.
Accounts and workspaces
- Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in access secure.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
- Workspace owners and administrators control invitations, roles and access within their workspace.
- Only invite people who are authorised to view the workspace’s customer and job information.
Your business data
You remain responsible for the customer, job, quote, invoice, cost, note, reminder, voice and other business information you enter. You must have an appropriate reason and any required permission to enter, use and share that information.
Fixallo provides tools for organising records; it does not verify that quotes, invoices, tax calculations, margins, schedules, reports or customer details are legally, financially or technically correct. Review documents before sending or relying on them.
Voice and AI-assisted features
Voice transcription, search, commands and structured job capture may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review transcripts, extracted details, reminders and proposed actions before saving or using them. Do not rely on voice or AI output for safety-critical, legal, tax or emergency decisions.
Acceptable use
- Use Fixallo lawfully and in good faith.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or malicious content.
- Do not access another person’s account or workspace without permission.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or bypass access controls protecting the service.
- Do not use public quote or invoice links to mislead recipients, distribute harmful material or expose information without authority.
- Do not use voice or email functions for spam, harassment or unlawful surveillance or recording.
Customer communications and public links
Fixallo can send operational emails and user-created quote or invoice messages. You are responsible for message content, recipient addresses and having permission to contact recipients. Public document links should be shared only with intended recipients and disabled or rotated if exposed.
Availability and changes
Fixallo is provided as a practical free service and may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or changed. Back up or export important business information where the app offers that option and keep any records your business is independently required to retain.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, investigate misuse, comply with a lawful requirement or respond to a serious breach of these terms. A complete owner-approved termination, notice and appeal process has not yet been supplied.
Liability
Fixallo does not yet publish an owner-approved limitation-of-liability clause, liability cap or allocation of risk. No amount, exclusion or legal remedy is guessed on this page. Users should not treat the service as a replacement for professional, legal, tax, accounting, safety or trade advice. Any final clause must preserve rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
The owner has not yet provided the governing law, courts or dispute-contact process. Until those details are approved and published, this page makes no claim about which jurisdiction governs these terms. Questions can be sent to hello@fixallo.com.
